One thing you can count on is FAMILY. (and LOVE)  That's the way it should be and way it is for Carmela and Italo's family.  Their children Gerardo, Dario and Concetta joined them at their renewal of vows for their 25th Anniversary at Blessed Sacrament Church and then surprised them with a party at Bocelli's Restaurant on Hylan Blvd in Staten Island. Where else you gonna go?  Italo owns Pastosa Ravioli and Cheese Inc. (http://www.pastosa.com/) He knows and sells great ingredients, Bocelli's serves great food. (http://www.bocellirest.com/)  It was a wonderful night to share with family and friends.
